Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager of Integrated Insights and Strategy to serve as strategic advisor for the Orgovyx prostate cancer brand. The role combines market research, analytics, and commercial data to generate actionable insights that drive brand performance and identify growth opportunities within the oncology business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify and address key business questions and opportunities
• Conduct market research, patient journey analyses, and scenario planning to inform brand strategy
• Design and execute integrated research programs using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Collaborate with forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional teams to develop evidence-based insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH) preferred
• 6+ years professional experience or 5+ years with advanced degree
• 3+ years in market research, analytics, consulting, or strategic planning
• Expertise in designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research programs
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and familiarity with AI-enabled research platforms
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization, regulatory environment, and industry guidelines
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills in matrixed environments
