We are seeking a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) with strong expertise in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Decisioning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Pega-based business applications, ensuring technical excellence and scalability. Key Responsibilities Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and related frameworks. Provide technical oversight and ensure quality standards for Pega implementations. Develop solutions on the Pega 8 platform with hands-on experience in CDH. Own technical solutions and deliver advanced Decisioning capabilities. Lead discussions and initiatives on integrating Pega applications with other enterprise systems. Develop custom system integration components based on business requirements. Manage and maintain technical documentation and best practices. Required Qualifications Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise. Solid hands-on experience developing solutions on Pega 8 platform. Proven experience in architecting and implementing Pega-based applications. Strong understanding of integration patterns and system architecture. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
