SUMMARY OF JOB
"$6,000 SIGN ON BONUS" Cumberland/Salem County Mileage Reimbursement, great rates and competitive benefits package including retirement savings with employer match.... Delivers quality hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in the community, nursing home, or inpatient hospice setting. Develops, implements, and coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family. Participates in professional development activities that further personal and program goals related to end of life care.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
BSN preferred
Minimum 1 year med/surg, nursing home, or rehab or 2 years' experience as a professional nurse.
1 year home care or hospice experience preferred.
Able to meet weekend and holiday requirements.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver's License, Current CPR Certification
Min Base - $83,070.00 Max Base - $93,720.00 NJ Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of pay range. The salary is based on multiple criteria - experience, qualifications, job role, internal equity and market data. Benefits offered: - Medical
