Key responsibilities Lead initiatives and projects while developing and presenting educational programs for end users Act as a liaison to resolve mid-complexity issues between customers and support staff Plan and implement technology learning programs, assessing user competence throughout the process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field Experience with Epic Orders is strongly preferred Certification in Epic applications is preferred Epic Inpatient Orders and Order Transmittal certification is preferred
